Product Return Procedure
SpellSpace does its best to provide quality products, which are ready for use as described in the instructions. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the unused product, SpellSpace will either refund or credit the charges you actually paid for minus any shipping charges when these are returned. We will gladly exchange any defective items at no cost to the purchaser (including shipping charges, if applicable). SpellSpace will not be liable for any damages arising from use of any products that are purchased or used from this site. This web site and its products are understood to be for entertainment purposes only and SpellSpace makes no guarantees.
To qualify for a refund or credit you must : Promptly return to SpellSpace.com within thirty (30) days of the delivery date , any item and a completed return form (enclosed with your order). If this is an exchange or defective product, Spell Space will send a replacement item as soon as the item(s) and completed form are received. You may also contact SpellSpace.com via email or on-line to request an exchange for any defective item(s). A replacement item(s) and a prepaid postage label will be sent for your convenience. You will be charged for any items sent and credited once the defective items are returned, if returned within 30 days. A return credit will be provided when the returned item(s) is received.

Returns received without a completed return form cannot be processed.
Return the products within 30 days of delivery
SpellSpace shall not provide any credit or refund i) if you have not paid for the defective material and all related shipping charges; or ii) if your request is not received within the thirty (30) day time limit with a valid return form. No refunds or credits shall be due for undeliverable or returned shipments due to addressing errors caused by you. SpellSpace will use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy your claims, subject to the limitations set forth in our policy an agreement. Any refund or credit shall be applied to the credit card used in the transaction.
